Miller’s SED Success

May 1st, 2008

Miller exhibited at the Site Equipment Demonstration (SED) from the 13–15th May 2008. The exhibition, held annually at the Rockingham Speedway in Corby, Northamptonshire saw almost 20,000 visitors this year and the second day of the show was officially the busiest in the events 42-year history!

Miller had a new, prominent stand location and saw the show as the ideal opportunity to launch its new ‘Award Winning’ TwinLock coupler to the UK market. The coupler was installed onto a Kubota KX91 machine, picking up the Miller Task Bucket range to provide a working demonstration throughout the day.

This was also the ideal opportunity for Miller representatives to talk to customers about its fully automatic coupler offering. A lot of enquiries were received and the TwinLock was extremely popular with visitors.

As well as winning the innovation award Miller were also in the running for the showstoppers award due to a very impressive and eye catching stand. Missing out on this award did not dampen spirits and the show proved to be very successful.
