The Scoop Bucket

FEATURES

A Bucket for maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability

The Miller Scoop is a revolutionary bucket that can maximise machine productivity, efficiency and profitability. This unique and patented design will optimise machine performance and lower operating costs. Specifically designed to be used with a Miller Quick Coupler, the Scoop has integrated bucket pins to reduce the pin to point dimension* and minimise the loss in breakout force that occurs when a quick coupler is installed.

The Scoop Bucket gives an increased pay load. The Scoop Bucket - designed to be used with a Miller Quick Coupler.

The Scoop’s unique and patented design can maximise your work rate, lower your costs and optimise your performance.

The Scoop profile enables the bucket to cut through the ground more effectively with minimal resistance and drag. The self fill action gives an increased pay load. These combined benefits result in time and fuel savings.

Built to perform, whatever the application

It is important that the correct specification bucket is fitted to your machine, therefore Miller offers the Scoop in the following options:

MB500

Digging and loading loose and semi compacted material such as earth, sand, gravel and clay.

MB600

Digging and loading compacted and semi-abrasive materials such as mixtures of earth, rock, sand, gravel and clay. Also suitable for plain coal, chalk and other low abrasion ores.

MB700

Digging and loading hard and abrasive materials like rocky soil, blasted rock and limestone.

MB800

Aggressive digging and loading of highly abrasive materials such as granite and basalt.

PERFORMANCE

Scoop Performance Test

Test conditions: 20 minutes trench digging trials in overburden and silt clay, Wisconsin, USA. The same driver was used for all tests in a 30 tonne excavator and the results were collated by an independent auditor.

During the tests calculations were made to establish which of the buckets were loaded to SAE rating in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The Scoop was the only bucket that delivered what it promised and consistently had a higher fill factor.
