The TwinLock 2 is a fully automatic, universal quick coupler which, like all Miller couplers, fully complies with the EN 474 standard. Miller is the only pin pick up coupler manufacturer to be approved by the world’s leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
The TwinLock 2 is based on a proven design, approved and branded by the leading OEMs globally which has evolved to keep up with the demands of modern working job sites. Our continuous improvement design philosophy has allowed us to push the boundaries of coupler design whilst still retaining the functionality, versatility and durability of both our past and current products.
Designed to only release a bucket or attachment when the operator intends to do so, in a controlled and safe way, the TwinLock 2 brings a new dimension to coupler safety.
ABS – Automatic Blocking System
Designed with optimum safety in mind the TwinLock 2 features the revolutionary ABS – Automatic Blocking System (patents pending).
The ABS mechanical backup safety system has been designed to automatically secure both front and rear attachment pins in the event that engagement forces are lost. This feature, unique to the TwinLock 2, gives you ultimate peace of mind on-site.
The safety benefits of the ABS extend way beyond normal operation. In the event of operator error or misuse, and the rear attachment pin is not correctly engaged during the attach process, the ABS automatically secures the front attachment pin as shown below.
