Coupler Misuse & Bad Practice

Some common occurrences of bad practice regularly seen on work sites are:

• When an operator does not follow the correct attaching process as recommended in the operator’s instruction manual.
• Not engaging on both pins when moving a bucket or attachment.
• Not inserting the manual safety pin before operation if your coupler requires one.
• Using the quick coupler to pick up and move attachments using the front jaw only.
