Choose Miller as your partner and experience a better standard of field service that means you can pursue your project safe in the knowledge that we are always ready to lend a helping hand.
Did you know that Miller offer an installation and commissioning service for your quick coupler.
One of our dedicated team of Miller service technicians will arrive on site after submitting all required documentation and risk assessment forms to complete the full installations of your coupler. After installation, the Miller service technician will run a series of tests to make sure your coupler is fully operational.
We understand the importance of regular equipment inspections to help build a total complete maintenance program that is preventative and focuses on machine uptime, reduction in maintenance spends and improvements in safety. Thats why Miller offers a free (no-obligation) on-site advisory service to help you reduce unplanned downtime.
For longer service life and protection, we are able to completely overhaul, redesign and fabricate buckets, liners and attachments to suit your equipment and needs. We are equipped to conduct mobile plant repairs on site, however, if the site would prefer we can also complete repairs offsite in our workshop to ensure we are not interfering with the onsite operations.
If your coupler is not working to capacity and requires corrective maintenance the Miller field service technician will assess the issue and perform the necessary adjustments to fix it or optimize performance.
With a dedicated fleet of Miller mobile repair vans fully equipped with a full set of tools ready to be dispatched to your location. If we can’t fix the problem right away, we’ll suggest temporary repairs that get you up and running again until a permanent solution can be arranged.
